Meet the Travel Team

Many of you will be familiar with Ffestiniog Travel’s team members, having liaised with them when planning and booking your rail holidays and
train journeys with us. Some have been with the company for many years and have benefitted from its in-house training opportunities and
moved up the ranks to take on more travel responsibilities – an indication of their growing expertise and continued dedication to Ffestiniog Travel
and its customers.

Alan Heywood
Our long-standing customers will be familiar with
Alan, who founded the company 50 years ago in
1974. Alan was instrumental in researching and Awel Muscroft
